JACCS is one of the leading company in Japan’s consumer finance sector. JACCS Co., Ltd, started out as provider of monthly installment credit services in Hakodate, Hokkaido, in 1954. In Cambodia, we started our operation in March 2018. We aim to stabilize our operations while solidifying our business foundations and stepping up efforts to expand our business.
- Supervisor (Japanese Translator), Sales (1 Position)
- Keep good relationship with Sales team and support them to achieve the target.
- Recruit new dealers and prepare plan for area expansion to increase dealership.
- Keep good communication with dealers and ensure that the dealers can understand clearly our condition and guidelines.
- Make regular dealer visits to receive feedback and provide recommendation for improvement.
- Update and analyze competitors’ weak and strong points and provide recommendation to response to the market.
- Do spot check on Sales Supervisor and Sales Consultant tasks.
- Support in report analysis including weekly/monthly reports to Sales Manager.
- Review and update target plan, budgets and forecasts.
- Perform on marketing management and company branding.
- Other tasks requested by line manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Data analysis skills (Excel proficiency required)
- N2 conversational Japanese skills are a plus.
