IG Trading Group, is 1 of the company under IG International Group which establish since 2012, operated in FMCG segment since 2017 and granted Exclusive Distributorship from DANA Dairy Group from France in late of 2019. Our core business value is looking for the best quality product to build a strong brand heritage for the mass consumer segments in Cambodia Market.
Currently, in order to strengthen our business operation and build up our strong distribution channel, IG Trading Group is looking for the dynamic candidate to join the challenge and growth with us for the above position.
- Accounting & Tax Manager (1 Position)
Financial Management:
- Develop and enforce accounting policies and proceduresto compliance with local regulations and international accounting standards.
- Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Manage bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Tax Compliance & Reporting:
- Prepare and submit monthly and annual tax reports (VAT, withholding tax, profit tax, patent tax, etc.) and ensure compliance with Cambodia tax laws and regulations.
- Handle tax audits and liaise with external auditors and tax agents.
- Regularly update and disseminate tax guidelines, practices, and Prakas to relevant departments.
Strategic Financial Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze accounting data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Conduct risk analysis and implement measures to mitigate financial risks.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting and tax team.
- Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs.
Key Measurement Areas
- Monthly Report of Overall Cost Analysis.
- Activities Bases.
- Budget Controlling and Monitoring.
- Competitor Movement.Report Training
Minimum Education
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Quick Books).
Professional Experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High accountability and proactive in process improvement.
Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and Cambodia tax laws.
- English
Skills and Abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
- Fast learner/ Open to learn new things Dynamic attitude Willing to growth and challenge
