We are a passionate professional team with expertise in the piped water supply business with over 15 years of experience in Cambodia. Currently, we are looking for a suitable candidate to fill position as Administrative and Accounting Manager based in Phnom Penh City.
We are looking for qualified candidate to fill the positions as below:
- Administrative & Accounting Manager
- Accounting Manager
- Prepare payment voucher
- Clearance cash advance payment
- Monitoring Bookkeeping transaction in quick book system
- Control petty cash
- Control AR/AP
- Control fix-asset
- Report on Monthly tax
- Report on Annual tax
- Prepare financial statements to shareholders
- Monitoring payment process by ABA
- Other task assigns by Finance & Accounting
- Admin
- Stock inventory (Equipment, goods, and office stationaries) and maintain stock through in-out record tracking.
- Schedules meetings/coordinates or staff program travel arrangements
- Types correspondence and prepare reports
- Coordinates copying and distribution of such documents
- Administrative liaison within and outside the company regarding issues related to purchasing, personnel, facilities, and operations
- Control information all staff base on HR Rule
- Performs other related duties as directed by supervisor

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent to the field
- Graduates at a minimum
- Good communication, organizational skills, and ability to work in a team
- Strong interpersonal skills and leadership
- Good level of English, both written and spoken
- Willing to work on the field and able to stay overnight in project target areas.
- At least 4 years of experience for accounting and finance
The position is opened to Khmer national. Hired Staff will be based in Phnom Penh, with regular trips to the project sites. Salary is commensurate to skills and experiences. ISEA also provides competitive benefit package.
