Good Neighbors Cambodia (GNC) is the field country office of Good Neighbors International working in 41 countries in the world. GNC is implementing long-term development program focusing on sponsorship, child protection, education, health, WASH, income generation & partnership building and advocacy in 6 Community Development Programs and 1 Social Enterprise in 4 provinces and 1 city of Cambodia. GNC is now working with key sustainability partners and relevant departments of government and NGOs to promote positive impacts for vulnerable people, especially children.
We are inviting motivated and qualified candidates to join our dynamic team for the following positions:
- Marketing Assistant
Support for Donor Visits (50%)
- Support all stages of the visit, including schedule coordination before, during, and after the visit, detailed activity planning, and post-visit reporting.
- Provide a professional and friendly experience for visitors, acting as the main point of contact.
- Verify if there is updated information on the status of each CDP's projects and collect relevant materials.
- Establish and update the visitor guidelines every 6 months.
- Conduct local donor market analysis (supporting the development of sampling frames and data collection tools, etc.).
- After the visit team’s support, review the entire schedule in a team meeting and write a report.
Accounting Support (30%)
- Handle all accounting tasks related to the visiting team.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure transparency and prompt processing while adhering to GNC policies.
Project Monitoring and Support (15%)
- Monitor and manage projects supported by Korean and local donors, together with the MO.
- Coordinate with GNC provincial offices and implementation partners.
- When there are project events, collaborate with the CMD to promote through GNC's SNS, website, and other media outlets.
Other (5%)
- Provide translation support during visits by Korean donors.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the MO.
- 1+ years of experience in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in the non-profit or private sector
- Proficiency in English and Korean (reading, writing, speaking)
- Korean proficiency (TOPIK Level 4 or above)
- Experience in managing MS 365 (including SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Automate)
- Accounting experience
- Fast learner and possesses the ability of self-directed learning
- Strong ability to organize tasks and manage deadlines
Note! This role involves diverse responsibilities in both donor visit coordination and project management. It is not necessary to have experience in both areas, but interest in both and a willingness to learn in the area of lack of experience is required. Proficiency in both Korean and English is essential for smooth communication.
