Glean Asia works to bridge the digital divide in Southeast Asia by creating opportunities for low-resourced communities to access quality digital education and tools. Through our initiatives like EdTech for Good, Development Impact Innovation Lab, and Digital Youth Clubs, we empower youth, educators, and communities to harness technology for meaningful impact.
We are a dynamic, mission-driven social enterprise seeking talented professionals to join us in building innovative solutions that promote digital literacy, inclusion, and sustainable development.
- Technology Mentors
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to participants in Glean Asia's programs, including youth, educators, and development professionals.
- Design and deliver interactive workshops, webinars, or one-on-one mentoring sessions.
- Support the development and review of technology-related curriculum or resources for program participants.
- Advise on the design and implementation of digital tools, projects, and platforms.
- Collaborate with Glean Asia staff to identify needs, challenges, and opportunities within ongoing programs.
- Proven expertise in at least one of the focus areas listed above.
- Strong facilitation and mentorship skills, with experience working with youth, educators, or development professionals preferred.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in an accessible manner.
- Demonstrated commitment to digital inclusion, equity, and fostering sustainable impact through technology.
- Fluent in Khmer and proficient in English.
- Availability to work on a flexible, ad-hoc basis.
