Job Description
Giant Ibis Transport "Affordable Luxury" is the first bus company in Cambodia that use brand new 2012 Hyundai universe. We are providing the standard service and quality of bus that comfort passenger journey to their travel destination safe and sound.
"Travel to Siem Reap and other destinations in brand new 2012 buses with comfortable reclining seats, spacious leg room, cold A/C, Wi-Fi internet, complimentary snacks, pick-up service and helpful friendly staff."

Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Oversee inbound and outbound operations and staff management.
- Communicate with local and overseas partners to organize group tours.
- Research and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and discounts.
- Prepare quotations, tour itineraries, and update contract rates.
- Promote tour packages and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service and collect feedback for management.
- Develop and market new tour packages aimed at target clients.
- Implement strategies to boost sales and achieve targets.
- Maintain relationships with local hoteliers, restaurants, and service providers.
- Handle contracting and negotiations with suppliers and agents.
- Address customer complaints effectively and report them to the General Manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in the travel and tourism industry, particularly in managing inbound and outbound tours.
- Strong knowledge of inbound and outbound travel markets.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
