Educational Organization

• Develop and implement extracurricular educational programs.
• Monitor student progress and support their educational journeys.
• Ensure high-quality teaching and pedagogical methods.
• Guide students' academic and career paths.
• Schedule educational, cultural, and sports activities.
• Oversee kindergarten operations and supervise teachers.

Foyer Organization

• Manage boarding houses for students from grade 7 to university.
• Ensure safety, health, and discipline in the foyers.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintain standards.
• Select students for the foyers as per directives.

Support Functions

• Oversee kitchen, cleaning, supplies, transport logistics, and IT.
• Ensure efficient and effective center operations.
• Social Programs and Projects
• Supervise social programs and projects with the help of bamboo volunteers.
• Train and support the social team.
• Ensure proper resource utilization and adherence to EDM principles.
• Conduct weekly follow-ups and semi-annual evaluations.

Administration and Management

• Collaborate with bamboo volunteers for effective center management.
• Maintain buildings and equipment.
• Ensure safety and security.
• Manage human resources, including staff recruitment and evaluation.
• Monitor workplace health and safety.
• Accounting, Finance, and Budgeting
• Prepare and review annual budgets.
• Ensure accurate financial transactions and adherence to EDM policies.
• Maintain accurate financial records and reports.

Information and Communication

• Facilitate information flow within the team and with EDM entities.
• Promote EDM's actions and seek cooperation with local authorities and NGOs.
• Oversee communication with sponsors, donors, and institutional visitors.
• The Center Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring that the center operates smoothly, resources are used effectively, and the mission of Enfants du Mekong is fulfilled, providing a better future for the children they serve.
