Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
- Sales and Marketing Manager
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
- Manage and lead the sales team, providing coaching, performance management, and goal setting.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and sales channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, forecast sales, and ensure the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
- Manage the company’s marketing efforts, including digital marketing, content marketing, advertising, and social media.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to achieve company goals.
- Work closely with senior management to align sales and marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support sales efforts, including product development, customer service, and operations.
- Ensure the team is fully trained on new products, services, and customer engagement techniques.
- Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring a return on investment for campaigns and sales efforts.
- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales efforts, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Prepare reports for senior management on sales performance, market trends, and marketing campaign outcomes.
- Track key metrics such as customer acquisition costs, sales conversion rates, and lead generation to measure the success of sales and marketing initiatives.
- Ensure customer feedback is integrated into product and service improvements.
Job Requirements
- Hold Bachelor’s degree/Master Degree in Marketing, Management or equivalent;
- Minimum of 2year working experiences in Sales/Marketing/Advertising/Brand management/Customer service;
- Minimum of 1-year experience in providing sales training is preferred;
- Experience in managing team is a plus;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Khmer, English, additional language is a plus;
- Ability to work well under tight deadlines and deliver effective results;
- Desire to learn and overcome new challenges;
- Hard working and self-motivated person, honest, reliable, loyal, and very good team work;
- Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills;
- High sense of responsibility, result oriented, dynamic
- Good analytical and creative problem-solving skills;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Fast learner and desire to achieve set goals.
