- Route Sales Executive
- Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide detailed product information.
- Recommend suitable Daikin products and solutions based on customer requirements.
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the management.
- Manage the sales process from inquiry to order, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- Handle customer complaints, returns, and queries in a professional manner.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Daikin’s product range, features, benefits, and pricing.
- Stay updated on new products, technologies, and industry trends.
- Participate in regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked with products.
- Arrange merchandise in an appealing and easy-to-navigate manner.
- Manage inventory levels, place orders for stock replenishment, and monitor stock movement.
- Handle cash transactions, maintain accurate records, and prepare daily sales reports.
- Assist in the planning and execution of promotional activities and campaigns within the retail shop.
- Create displays and signage to attract customers and promote key products.
- Engage with customers through various channels to promote the Daikin brand and products.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Retail Shop Section Head or Sales Manager.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to help shape sales strategies.
- Maintain a customer database and follow up on potential leads and sales opportunities.
- Engage in after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues.
- Degree High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferable.
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the HVAC or consumer electronics industry.
- Strong communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy is essential (Microsoft excel, word & powerpoint)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
