Clear Cambodia is a Christian local NGO that has been implementing the projects under the aim of water and sanitation. The current mission is to help rural Cambodian citizens sustainably improve their health through increased access to safe water, sanitation facilities, and to a healthy environment. All of the work is done in collaboration with community leaders and local authorities. Presently, Clear Cambodia has implemented projects in eight provinces Svay Rieng, Prey Veng, Banteay Meanchey, Oddar Meanchey, Siem Reap, Pursat, Steung Treng and Ratank Kiri.
We are looking for qualified candidates to fill the position below:
- Water and Sanitation Project Coordinator (1 Position)
- To work with Funds Raising Program Supervisor in developing plans of action for project implementation in collaboration with local authority and stakeholders.
- To manage/monitor daily project implementation of Water Supply Project, Dams, Ponds, Wells and to ensure that the requirement of donors is met in consultation with the Manager.
- To strengthen the quality of the constructions and conduct meeting to ensure families understand sanitation and hygiene.
- To consult with Funds Raising Program Supervisor on the request from local authority and families follow the selection criteria.
- To work with Funds Raising Program Supervisor on design of each construction to ensure that all types of building are acceptable quality as well as donor requirements.
- Be responsible for data entry as CBT collection result, GPS coordinate, and others statistics as required.
- To work with Funds Raising Program Supervisor in planning and meeting with stakeholders/ partners in target areas included Commune, village, families and DDRD on key WASH messages.
- To monitor effectiveness of implementation and finding constraints to the project achievement (outcomes) and to take initiative related to plan of action to partnering with stakeholders.
- Working with Administration office to purchase materials and equipment for the need of the project.
- Attending workshops, meetings, field visits, and other events as needed.
- Submit monthly and quarterly report to Fund Raising Program Supervisor.
- At least 2 years experiences in water, sanitation and hygiene management in the communities.
- Bachelor degree, and Knowledge of English Language.
- Be good at Computer Software, Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Work independently and demonstrate the ability to multi-tasks.
- Identify work priorities and clear project plans.
