About our center: CRMW ( Center of Reintegration of Migrant Workers)
Return migrant workers themselves are the human capital who bring innovative ideas, systematic work procedures, highly efficient production methods, and business skills. They will be expected to become a national strength for the country eventually as well as enhance their personal development.
Our center had created as of an ODA project and was established through cooperation between the Human resource of Development Service of Korea and the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training in Cambodia. It is a reintegration center that provides vocational training that is desired in the job market to migrant workers who have worked in other countries and returned to Cambodia, and to those who want to start a business, it provides entrepreneurship education to help them succeed in starting a business. Our center helps migrant workers to settle down economically and professionally not only in Cambodia but also in other countries.
- Marketing Manager for Startups (1 Position)
- Expertise on Digital Communications Strategy, Social Media Management, Content Management, Email Marketing, SEO and Analytics tools
- Understanding of small business models, analysis of related market status, analysis of surrounding commercial areas, analysis of competitors, presentation of differentiation strategy director and ways to increase sales volume
- Excellent writing, graphic design and multimedia production skills
- Ability to convey complex ideas in a clear, engaging and visually appealing message
- Work closely with the Head of Reintegration center, communications, and external partners to ensure consistent messaging and effective cross-channel communication
- BA, Master degree or comparable qualification
- A high understanding of startup and consulting experience for startups
- At least 5 years of professional working experience in a similar position
- Expert on Digital marketing Expertise, Content Creation Skills
- Experienced person with a successful track record in marketing strategy
- Computer skills: MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point, Internet and Email
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Khmer, Korean language an advantage
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills
- Very good networking skills to facilitate collaboration to achieve objectives
- Shortlists candidates are required to prepare presentation materials regarding our center’s marketing strategy and direction below:
- Analysis of the current status of migrant worker’s startups and present examples of successful business models for migrant workers
- What small business and self-sustaining business are suitable in Phnom Penh, showing commercial analysis of representative business and explains why ?
- Please provide specific companies, associations, organizations, communities and so on if you need to contact and connect for collaboration with others
- The CRMW (Center of Reintegration for Migrant Worker) is difficult to memorize, so please create a branding for our center name so that it is easily understood and recognized
- If you open our center’s URL on Facebook, Instagram, etc., Please provide 10 titles showing about what kind of content you have created and posed on SNS over the course of a week
- Introduce your expertise and past achievements in marketing and why this position is suitable and competitive for you
- Prepare 30-minute presentation on 20 PPT pages
