CWCC, a highly regarded local not-for-profit organization, has been operating since 1997 and continues to grow its services to women and children who are victims of domestic violence, rape, and trafficking. CWCC's mission is to facilitate the empowerment of women and girls to claim their universal human rights to personal security and to equal participation in community, civil, economic, social and cultural life through strategic program of Prevention, Protection, Advocacy and Organizational Development.
CWCC is seeking to appoint capable, energetic, and committed person as a position below:
- Project Coordinator
- Coordinate with all staff to formulate work plan for implement the projects.
- Oversee daily project implementation in according to project’s activity plan to ensure that all project activities are implemented effectively and efficiently.
- Manage financial process of each project according to CWCC's financial policies and procedures. This including providing accurate timely financial information and documentation for the operation of the projects to Admin/Finance Manager.
- Consolidate all project progress reports as required by donors to send to Program Manager.
- Liaise and collaborating with NGO partners, government officials and other agencies to ensure strong networks and to exchange experiences in project implementation.
- Talk to various local and international media agencies if get permission from the Executive Director
- Report to Program Manager about progress and problems encountered during the implementation of projects activities.
- Implement other tasks as assigned by the Executive Management.
- As a member of CWCC Management Team, attend regular meeting and perform other tasks when requested by Program Manager and Executive Director.
- At least 3 years of working experience in project management for NGO or any development agency.
- Bachelor degree in management, social science or equivalent.
- Demonstrate leadership, team building and interpersonal relationship skills.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision; self-started with strong initiative abilities.
- Knowledge and understanding of research methodology.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent in oral and written English and Khmer communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Most importantly, gender sensitive and committed to women's rights.
