Cambodia Indigenous Peoples Organization (CIPO) is a neutral, non-governmental, and not-for-profit organization officially registered with the Ministry of Interior (MoI). CIPO's head office is located in Phnom Penh, with sub-offices in Preah Vihear, Ratanakiri, and Mondulkiri provinces. CIPO is fully led and managed by Indigenous People (IP), working to strengthen the capacity and support the strategic initiatives of IPs in natural resource management, cultural identity preservation, and socio-economic development. A five-year strategic plan (2025–2029) has been developed to serve as a roadmap guiding CIPO's operations.
- Admin/HR Officer
Administration
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, handling suppliers relationships and service contracts.
- Oversee facility management, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of the office premises.
- Handle communication and correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and mail distribution.
- Assist with coordinating meetings, workshops, and travel arrangements as required.
Human Resources
- Support the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Manage employee records, including contracts, leave management, and attendance tracking.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the organization.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment laws, and internal regulations.
- Support performance management processes and employee training programs.
Procurement
- Manage the procurement process, including suppliers selection, price negotiations, and contract management.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing of office supplies, equipment, and services.
- Maintain procurement records and track deliveries to ensure compliance with procurement policies.
- Liaise with suppliers and ensure quality control of procured goods and services.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers, ensure timely payments, negotiate payment terms, and resolve any issues related to suppliers payments.
- Perform any other duties as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in administrative, HR, or procurement roles.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge in Cambodia labour laws and procurement regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Accurate, reliable, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Proactive, hard-working, positive, flexible, and adaptable.
