- Homeroom Teacher
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Inspire and Educate: Deliver engaging, student-centered lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum, designed to meet the diverse needs of each learner while nurturing curiosity and creativity.
- Assess and Elevate Learning: Develop and administer meaningful classwork, projects, and assessments that challenge students, measure their understanding, and celebrate their progress.
- Model Positive Behavior: Instill essential values by guiding students in adhering to the school’s moral codes and behavioral expectations, fostering a respectful and inclusive classroom culture.
- Innovate and Plan: Organize and lead enriching academic events, activities, and excursions that extend learning beyond the classroom and spark lifelong curiosity.
- Create a Learning Haven: Maintain a welcoming, organized, and stimulating classroom environment where students feel safe and motivated to excel.
- Communicate with Families: Prepare detailed Progress Reports and facilitate parent-teacher conferences, fostering open and collaborative communication about students' growth and areas for support.
- Collaborate with the School Community: Work closely with colleagues, support staff, and families to contribute to a vibrant and thriving school community.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree of education, teaching or related field
- Minimum 2 year of working experience in the specific field
- Honest, highly responsible, and reliable
- Excellent digital literacy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Good at communication skills and self-motivated
- Good integrity, positive attitude, helpful, high commitment, competence, and motivation
