- Client Service Officers
- Entertain enquiries on services provided by the company such as on study abroad services and scholarships, studying English at ACE and registering or preparing for an IELTS test
- Provide counselling on study options and admission requirements for ACE programs
- Administer ACE placement tests and course enrolment
- Act as point of contact in providing solutions to students and customers
- Be part of a bigger team, organise promotional functions and exhibitions related to international study opportunities
- Play an active role in various CSR activities and initiatives
- University degree in a relevant field (preferred)
- Good command of English language proficiency (eg. an IELTS 6.0 overall band score or equivalent is preferred)
- Good understanding and commitment to providing good customer service and a positive experience
- An effective communicator and problem solver
- Strong commitment to professional and personal integrity and ethical conduct
- Ability to engage and work in a multicultural environment
