Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
- Senior Travel Advisor
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their unique preferences and requirements.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of luxury destinations, accommodations, activities, and transportation options.
- Design and curate personalized luxury travel itineraries, incorporating exclusive experiences and amenities.
- Effectively negotiate rates and terms with luxury travel suppliers to secure the best deals for clients.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging luxury travel trends, hidden gems, and off-the-beaten-path experiences.
- Handle travel emergencies or disruptions with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain relationships with luxury travel suppliers, industry professionals, and influencers
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Travel Advisor or a similar role in luxury travel.
- Strong understanding of luxury travel market dynamics and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with high-net-worth clients.
- In-depth knowledge of luxury destinations, accommodations, and activities worldwide.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using travel industry software and technology.
