Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidates to fulfill the positions below:
- Logistic Customer Service Manager
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Daily communication with Customers, Shipping lines and Freight forwarders etc...
- Follow up the shipment status (ETA) and update to customers on time.
- Prepare the quotation and control costing & selling
- Implement a review and risk assessment process on all SOPs and working practices to identify any unsafe practice areas for quality improvement.
- Ensure the container delivery to customer upon shipment arrival.
- Prepare weekly report.
- Other tasks assigned by superior
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, or other related fields.
- Good command of English & Chinese
- At least 5 years more of experience in Logistics Industry.
- Able to do both BD Sales and Shipping Documentation
- Good attitude and be able to work under pressure
- Lead and manage the logistics team and guide the work and development of team members.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team members’ logistics expertise and skills.
- Promote teamwork and communication to improve team performance and efficiency.
