Job Responsibilities & Duties
- What you will do
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies for startups and mentors.
- Manage social media outreach and keep program channels active.
- Coordinate event logistics like workshops, networking events, and demo days.
- Draft and share newsletters, announcements, and press releases.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align communication efforts.
Job Requirements
- What you will bring
- Experience in social media management and outreach.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive and creative approach to recruitment and marketing.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage events and multiple channels.
- Prior experience in similar roles is a plus.
